2024-2025 academic year fall semester course add/drop will be done via https://sis.agu.edu.tr/ according to the dates specified below.
Students who have not registered for a course will not be able to select a course during the add/drop dates. Therefore, our students must complete their course selections during their course registration dates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
According to the decision of our University Senate dated 04.09.2024 and numbered 2024.27.02: It has been unanimously decided that students will be allowed to add/drop a maximum of 1 (one) course instead of closed courses and/or outside of closed courses on the add/drop dates.
There could be maximum one hour conflict of two different courses in your course registration.
You could only add or drop only one course, except closed ones at course re-schedule process. We kindly remind you that course re-scheduling and add/drop process will only be open to those who have complete their registrations between 16-18 September 2024.

You could check all program records and curricula via sis.agu.edu.tr/oibs/bologna
After completing your course selection, send it to your Advisor for Approval.

1- Activating AGU Extension Mail
Our newly registered students need to activate their agu e-mail addresses by following the steps in the link

2- Log in to the Student Information System and Create Password
You can create your password by following the steps in the link
https://oidb-en.agu.edu.tr/uploads/duyurular/eng_sifre_alimi.pdf
The username for logging in is the student number.
After logging in, you will need to change the password provided.
3- Students who need to pay contribution/tuition fee can do so through Vakıfbank (via ATM, Mobile Application, Internet Banking and Branches).
You can do this by selecting Payments-> Education and Exam Payments-> University Fee Transactions-> University (Abdullah Gül University) and typing your student number and making a query.
Payments will be opened on September 16, 2024 at 09:00 and will close on September 18, 2024 at 17:00.

Our students who are required to pay contribution/tuition fees will be able to choose courses after making their payments.
