Course Add/Drop procedures for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester will be carried out via https://sis.agu.edu.tr/ according to the dates specified below.
Students who do not complete course registration between 09–11 February 2026 will not be able to select courses during the add/drop period. Therefore, students must complete their course selections within the registration dates.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
Pursuant to the decision of our University Senate dated 04.09.2024 and numbered 2024.27.02
It has been unanimously decided that during the add/drop period, students are allowed to add/drop a maximum of 1 (one) course, either in place of closed courses and/or outside of closed courses.
- In course selections, a maximum of one hour of overlap between two different courses is allowed.
- Weekly course schedules and course contents can be followed via calendars.agu.edu.tr/timetable.
- All program information and course plans can be accessed via sis.agu.edu.tr/oibs/bologna.
After completing course selection, be sure to submit it for Advisor Approval.

1- Activation of AGU Email
Newly enrolled students must activate their agu-domain email addresses by following the steps specified at:
https://oidb-tr.agu.edu.tr/duyuru/agu-mail-aktiflestirme
2- Login to the Student Information System and Creating a Password
You can create your password by following the steps specified at:
https://oidb-tr.agu.edu.tr/uploads/sis/girisvesifrealma.pdf
- The username for login is the student number.
- After logging in, you will be required to change the assigned password.
Students who are required to pay Tuition/Contribution Fees can make payments via Vakıfbank (ATM, Mobile Application, Internet Banking, and Branches) by following:
Payments → Education and Exam Payments → University Tuition Transactions → University (Abdullah Gül University),
then entering and querying your student number.
- Payments will open on 9 February 2026 at 10:00 and close on 11 February 2026 at 17:00.

Students who are required to pay tuition/contribution fees will be able to select courses after completing their payments.
