The "Cooperation Protocol on Residence Permit Applications for International Students" was signed between the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Presidency of Migration Management on 15 November 2023 to update the residence permit procedures and processes of international students.
In this regard, international students who are registered as students in AGÜ before 29.11.2023 and are subject to residence violation will be able to apply for a residence permit until 31.01.2024.
Our students who cannot apply for a residence permit at https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ due to a violation should apply in person to Kayseri Provincial Directorate of Migration Management with a screenshot showing that they cannot apply.
