The system for students and advisors opening: on Tuesday, Apr 22, 2025 at 10.00 a.m.
The system for students closing: on Thursday, Apr 24, 2025 at 17.00 p.m.
The system for advisor closing: on Thursday, Apr 24, 2025 at 22.00 p.m.
You can apply for course withdrawal by logging in to https://sis.agu.edu.tr/oibs/std/ via the student information system and following the steps below.
Application procedures > Course Withdrawal Application > (For the Course You Want to Withdraw)-> Apply button is clicked.
If your application complies with the rules required for course withdrawal, you should receive a notification saying "Your Application Has Been Processed".
After this process, your course has been automatically sent for advisor approval.
The application is finalized after the advisor approval.
